| I know this has been covered many times, and I have read through them. I still can't figure this out. My car has a missfire in one of the cylinders, but it isn't a constant missfire. It usually doesn't happen the minute you start the car up, but takes a few seconds to kick in. Once the car is warmed up and has been driven a distance, it usually will go away. It's not noticable while driving either. It seems to be at cold idle. I have determined the cylinder because if I unplug the coilpack, there really isnt much change, (pop------pop-----pop-----) but unplugging others on that side it will bog down and you can hear another miss from the tailpipe (pop pop------pop pop-----pop pop----) I swapped the coilpack with another cylinder on the opposite side and no change. I also swapped the spark plug itself and still no change. I tested the injector and it reads 12.3ohms (as does the one I checked right next to it). I used a screwdriver with the handle to my ear to listed to the injector and can clearly hear it firing. The car does not smoke and seems to drive just fine. But I am trying to sell it and would like to get it fixed first. Any ideas??
